With regard to workshops and classes:

All sales and payment are understood to be final, binding, and non-refundable upon payment.

After you pay and you have been invited to the Workshop space, it is up to you to attend the Workshop you have paid for.

You choose your own level of involvement

If you do find yourself dissatisfied with a workshop or class experience, while we do not offer refunds, you will be offered at your discretion credits pro-rated for the rest of the current workshop that can act as payment towards any future workshop or class we hold. And we deeply regret your negative experience.
